Aisha Isackson, AIA, President
Aisha founded IDG in 2003 after fifteen years of practice in architectural firms and the theater industry, designing various project types, from new construction to renovations, of exceptional function, quality and beauty. From Master Planning to Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, every detail matters. As a Founder of a public charter school, she brings a unique hands-on and grass-root experience to creating physical learning environments that allow educators, students and families do their best work.
Fernando Zúñiga-Pflücker, AIA, Principal
Fernando is an Architect and Interior Designer with over 25 years of experience. He graduated from University of Maryland, College Park, with a Masters degree in Architecture. He has produced a variety of projects ranging from mixed-use retail projects to high-end custom-designed residential homes. His designs, from architecture to interiors, are functional yet elegantly beautiful. He also lends his expertise to the North Charles Village Community as PUD Design Review Committee Member.
Bobbi Macdonald, Education Specialist
Bobbi is Founder and Ambassador of City Neighbors Foundation that serve 800 students in Baltimore. She brings a deep understanding of public education and physical learning environments to support high academic achievement and serve as a model for urban public education that is progressive, child-centered, arts integrated and community engaged. Bobbi specializes in creating the intentional connection between the physical environment and the programming, philosophy and culture of schools.
